• Is there a way for multiple companies to access the same file in Constellation Client Portal

        Yes, Global File posts can be viewed by multiple companies, unlike client file and client invoice posts, which can only be viewed by a single company (the company assigned to the post).

        Global Files can be created in WordPress Admin -> Global Files, and Global File shortcodes can be created by navigating to WordPress Admin -> Client Portal Pro -> Settings -> Add New List -> Select “Global File” for List Type.
