Refund Policy

Initial Purchase

There are no refunds for products, except where required by law, and all sales are final.

Automatic Renewals

Automatic Renewal is enabled for all products at the time of purchase, and this can be disabled at any time. You will receive a reminder email 1 month before, 2 weeks before, and 1 day before your renewal is processed. If you do not wish to renew your product for another term, you can disable Automatic Renewal in your My Account page (please see Managing Purchases, Renewals & Cancellations) prior to the renewal date. There are no refunds once a renewal is processed, and all sales are final.

Discount Codes, Coupon Codes, and Store Credits

Discount codes, coupon codes, and codes for store credits must be applied at checkout to receive the respective discount. Discounts will not be applied after an order has been placed, and no refunds will be made for unused discount codes, coupon codes, or store credits.

In certain cases a store credit may be issued for your next purchase, at the sole discretion of ARS.
